Review: Dear SHEIN Customer Support Team, I am writing to report a serious issue regarding my recent order, which I received today. Although the shipping label on the package (ref: 1809.jpg) indicates that it should contain a mobile phone, along with other items, the package arrived with the mobile phone missing. The package appeared to be empty where the phone should have been. I have taken photos and videos of the package and its condition upon arrival as evidence.
